ENGINE HY SY/B ISO SERIE

The products in the Wladoil Engine Hy Sy range are oils formulated with highly refined selected paraffinic bases with a high natural viscosity index. They have excellent demulsivity, anti-wear, anti-oxidant, anti-rust, anti-foam properties and are recommended for all mobile or fixed hydraulic systems.

These oils can be used in all circulating lubrication systems, gearboxes and oil bath speed variators (when oils with specific characteristics of extreme pressure are not required) supports of motors and pumps, air compressors, etc.

ENGINE HYSY HVI ISO SERIE

The Wladoil Engine Hy Sy HVI are special oils for hydraulic controls of outdoor plants and mobile machinery subject to considerable temperature variations or for precision machine tools the operation of which is very sensitive to temperature variations. They contain a particular additive that improves the viscosity index, as well as other anti-rust, antioxidant, anti-wear and anti-foam additives.

ENGINE V

I Wladoil Engine. "V" are oils formulated with mineral oils of exceptional quality, intended for the lubrication of very fast spindles used on machine tools.

They are very fluid products, with suitable additives to guarantee anti-wear, antioxidant, anti-rust, anti-foam and anti-corrosion properties.

They can also be used as hydraulic fluids. These oils can be used in all systems that work at high speed:

SINTETIC FLUID 100 – 150 - 200

Synthetic fluids specially formulated for the lubrication of conveyor chains and bearings.

The high temperatures (> 250 ° C), the high loads, the presence of humidity, the acid or alkaline vapors of the phosphating and bonderization tanks, are aggressive conditions to which the conveyors of the automotive industries, the textile industry, the painting systems are continually subjected.

Thanks to their particular formulation, Sintetic Fluid products can also be applied on residues of other lubricants (including carbon), since their cleaning properties allow a perfect lubrication and a good cleaning of the chain and bearings.

ENGINE FR ISO SERIE

The Wladoil Engine FR oils have been particularly studied for the lubrication of cylinders and bearings of refrigeration compressors and of machines operating at sub-zero temperatures. They are typically used:

  • in large refrigerating compressors, both alternative and rotary for industrial use;
  • in freezing systems and cold storage of food
  • in refrigeration machinery also on boats and ships
  • on compressors for both ammonia and halogenated hydrocarbon fluids.

T HEY ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR VERY REACTIVE GAS, SUCH AS SULFUR DIOXIDE.

The main characteristics of Wladoil Engine FR oils are:

  • low paraffin content that guarantees excellent fluidity at low temperatures and good heat exchange for optimal system efficiency;

ENGINE HDT ISO SERIE

Wladoil Engine HDT oils have been particularly studied for the lubrication of machine tool guides to prevent the phenomenon of stik-slip (discontinuous motion of the slide that occurs at very low speed).

The smoother gradations, ISO 32 - 46 - 68, have the dual function of hydraulic fluid and lubricant of the guides of machine tools with a single circulation system.

ENGINE GEAR SINT ISO SERIE

The products in the Wladoil Gear Sint range are fully synthetic fluids designed for the lubrication of gears, gearboxes and bearings operating in extreme conditions for both operating pressure and high temperature.

Working temperature: 80 ° C and above.

ENGINE RE AOS SPECIAL ISO SERIE

The Wladoil Engine RE AOS SPECIAL is a high quality lubricant obtained from refined solvent bases with the addition of special additives that give it the following characteristics:

Wladoil Engine HLPD lubricants are high quality special detergent / dispersing hydraulic oils. They are added with anti-wear and anti-oxidation packages, which guarantee the stability of the product for long periods without the formation of deposits, rust, foam, etc.

Their typical recommended use is in circulation systems when water accidentally enters the hydraulic circuit thanks to their ability to emulsify the infiltrated water and to release it into the tank from which it can be drained; in this way, and also thanks to the detergent / dispersing package, the degradation of the anticorrosive and lubricating characteristics of the fluid in use is prevented.

Any sludge formed is kept in suspension and can be removed from the filters. These products have an excellent resistance to oxidation and aging, with low formation of sludge and reduced obstruction of ducts, valves and regulating organs.

The added antifoam promotes the release of the air eventually retained, eliminating the drawbacks of oil flow irregularities. The high viscosity index minimizes viscosity changes due to temperature, guaranteeing constant efficiency and reducing cavitation phenomena.

Series of oils for turbines produced with very high quality bases, refined with solvent, additivated with selected inhibitors of oil alteration processes and with protection against corrosion. Wladoil Engine Turbine Oils can be used in the following sectors:

Wladoil Engine HSZ are oils formulated with selected, highly refined paraffinic bases with a high natural viscosity index. Equipped with excellent demulsivity, they have anti-wear, anti-oxidant, anti-rust, antifoam properties and are recommended for all mobile or fixed hydraulic systems.

They are lubricants formulated with ash-free additives. They surpass the most stringent tests of filterability. They can be used in molding operations in case of mixing during the process. These oils can be used in all the hydraulic systems of various machines: presses, forklifts, excavators, machine tools and in general in all circulation lubrication systems.

They are suitable for high pressure systems when very low particle contamination is required as they pass the DENISON TP-02100 and MULLER-WEINGARTEN filterability tests.

Oils for machine tools and general lubrication. These products are paraffinic products with a high viscosity index with anti-drip, antioxidant and anti-rust properties.

CHAIN FLUID MOLY 300

The Wladoil Chain Fluid Moly 300 forms a strong and adherent veil with marked anti-drip characteristics on the treated surfaces.

It is particularly suitable for the lubrication of

  • chains and bearings of conveyors subject to medium-high loads
  • painting systems
  • textile plants (Remauses) that operate in a wide temperature range (from -15 ° C to +250 ° C).

Fully synthetic fire resistant hydraulic fluids with self-extinguishing properties.

The Wladoil HFR products are synthetic fluids based on organic esters, intended to replace mineral oils in hydraulic controls operating in environmental conditions where the use of an oil product could contribute to trigger or fuel any fires as a result of leaks or broken pipes in presence of open flames, hot bodies, electric sparks.

The main fields of application are therefore:

  • the iron and steel industry in the oleodynamic controls of even continuous castings, blast furnaces and rolling mills
  • in cokeria
  • in systems for environments sensitive to environmental pollution

The Wladoil HFR products, compared to conventional hydraulic oils, possess a higher flash point and excellent resistance to combustion, and have the specific prerogative of not giving rise to violent or explosive ignition if they come into contact with flames or incandescent surfaces. They have excellent anti-wear, anti-rust and lubricating properties, equivalent to those of the best quality additives, while the very high viscosity index allows its use in a very wide temperature range. They do not contain water, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, glycols.

They are fluids based on organic esters, more than 90% biodegradable according to the CEC-L-33-A93 standard.

WARNINGS:

If the plant contained mineral or phosphoric ester oils, given the complete compatibility it is sufficient to unnload the plant there and proceed with the subsequent filling with the Wladoil HFR.

If the system contains water / glycol mixtures or reverse emulsions, a careful cleaning of the system and of the filters is necessary before filling.

COMPATIBILITY WITH ELASTOMERS AND MATERIALS

Wladoil HFR products have compatibility with elastomers like Viton, Teflon, Buna-N, Neoprene, polyurethanes. They do not affect the metal components of hydraulic systems in steel and its alloys, non-ferrous metals and alloys.


 

ENGINE HD NF ISO 150, 220

High quality lubricating oil specifically designed for the circulation systems of continuous machines for the production of paper and machines placed in very humid environments.

A particular additivation gives the product all the characteristics required for a lubricant to work optimally in the critical operating conditions typical of the continuous machines used in the paper mill: high speed and temperature of the bearings, high humidity present above all in certain processing stages, mechanical loads in the pressing area.

Wladoil Engine HD NF products have the following characteristics:

  • high thermal stability and oxidation, resulting in a long service life.
  • excellent dry and wet filterability, which ensures a good separation between the oil and the insoluble particles resulting from wear with consequent better efficiency and longer life of the filters.
  • high hydrolysis stability, important for the use of lubricant in very humid environments.
  • excellent demulsivity, which guarantees that the oil always remains separate from the water with which it can come into contact.
  • excellent anti-rust power, which preserves metal surfaces from corrosion even when stationary

The Wladoil Engine HD NF is available in grades ISO 150 and 220 specially designed for the lubrication of continuous paper machines. The use of one or the other gradation must be made in relation to the indications of the machine manufacturer.

ENGINE GEO G1

Sae 40 gradation special mineral lubricating oil formulated for 4-stroke gas natural gas engines with low sulfur compounds.

WLADOIL ENGINE GEO-G1 is recommended for the lubrication of gas engines installed as cogeneration systems or emergency groups in which methane gas is used as energy source.

The WLADOIL ENGINE GEO-G1 has the following characteristics:

  • High protection against the scratching of the pistons and cylinders
  • High resistance to foam and protection against rust

Highly refined mineral lubricating oil gradation Sae 40 specially formulated with a high ash content for the lubrication of engines that use methane gas, biogas or landfill gas as their energy source.

Suitable for harsh operating conditions.

The Wladoil Engine GEO HA 09 Sae 40 is a high ash content lubricant with high anti-wear properties. It is indicated for the lubrication of gas, biogas and four-stroke landfill gas both aspirated and supercharged.

Given its particular formulation, it ensures the following characteristics:

  • great neutralization capacity of acid substances generated by the combustion of gases
  • excellent protection of the guides and valve seats
  • high resistance to foam and protection against rust
  • good alkalinity reserve
  • excellent resistance to oxidation and nitration, and consequently a long service life of the lubricant.
