CUTTING 582
Wladoil CUTTING 582 Spray is a product based on whole refined viscous mineral-based oil.
It contains active sulfurized fats, which allow even heavy work on ferrous metals.
Wladoil CUTTING 582 Spray is suitable for cutting and threading ferrous materials even with low workability brush applications. EP additives allow extremely heavy workings.
Thanks to its high viscosity, the lubricant adheres perfectly to the work piece, facilitating mechanical operations and reducing tool wear.
PROTET DW 60
Spray based on liquid transparent fluid that deposits a waxy protective film after evaporation.
PThe product is a protective anti-imprint compound and it deposits a thin film for temporary protection. It’s indicated for ferrous metals and yellow alloys. The protection lasts on average:
The application of the product can be carried out by immersion, by spraying, by brushing.
For a possible removal, which in general is not necessary, it is possible to use petroleum or chlorinated solvents.
GREASE SUPER RS
Precisely designed special grease spray formulated with a complex soap and the addition of a semi-synthetic oil with a high viscosity index which gives the product characteristics far superior to the normal greases on the market today.
Suitable for any type of lubrication from low to high temperatures, in many sectors ranging from the automotive, agriculture and mechanical industry. It possesses an excellent adhesiveness that allows a more effective and long-lasting lubrication, and is ideally resistant to both salty and sweet water.
The Wladoil Super Grease RS has an exceptional resistance to aging even in the most severe operating conditions (high temperatures - presence of polluting agents) which therefore allows a considerable prolongation of the lubrication cycles.
SUPER CUT 2
IWladoil Super Cut 2 Spray is a whole oil specially designed for cutting difficult to process metals, such as stainless steels, heat resistant steels, hard bronzes, Nimonic alloys and other similar high-nickel alloys.
It is particularly suitable for broaching operations, gear toothing and heavy work in general where it is able to ensure excellent surface finishes and long tool life.
Wladoil Super Cut 2 Spray consists of a very fluid, light-colored oil containing a high percentage of chlorinated additives, grease and corrosion inhibitors.
BRAKE CLEANER
The WL BRAKE CLEANER spray is a product designed for the cleaning of brake discs and related mechanical parts. The product has been studied and formulated specifically for a quick and effective cleaning of the brake discs, the jaws and all the components related to the braking system.
The base that makes up the WL BRAKE CLEANER spray is composed of pure solvents in mixture, with high evaporation speed, high solvent power and low aggressiveness.
This formulation gives the product the following characteristics:

- good dewatering power to eliminate residual moisture on discs and mechanical parts

The product has been studied and formulated specifically for a quick and effective cleaning of all the constituents of the chains (links, pins, etc.).
The base that makes up The WL CHAIN CLEANER spray is composed of pure solvents in mixture, with medium evaporation speed, high solvent power and low aggressiveness.

BISOLUBE
WL BISOLUBE spray is a special molybdenum bisulphide grease suitable for heavy industrial applications.
Its formulation based on a molybdenum disulfide additive grease allows the use of the WIS BISOLUBE in the following applications:
- machinery operating at high temperatures
- gears, mechanisms, pulleys subjected to heavy loads
- ropes and chains in general due to its high penetrability
- bearings, pins, bushings, screws in general
The WL BISOLUBE spray contains a special grease which, thanks to the molybdenum bisulphide, forms on the surfaces a very adherent veil with very low friction coefficient. The main features are:
- lubricating capacity in severe conditions
- excellent penetrability even in tight spaces such as chain links or ropes
- excellent anti-rust and anti-oxidation properties
- excellent EP power
- great resistance to leaching
- excellent prevention of seizures in cold starts
MOLYLUBE
The WL MOLYLUBE spray is a lacquer enhanced with molybdenum disulfide.
Its formulation based on acrylic lacquers and molybdenum bisulphide allows easy and immediate application by creating a protective black layer on the treated surfaces.
In particular, it is indicated as a dry detaching agent creating a barrier between the metal mold and the object to be unmolded. The WL MOLYLUBE spray contains an acrylic resin which, after evaporating the solvent, leaves a uniform black layer that adheres perfectly to all surfaces.
Molybdenum bisulphide guarantees an excellent separation of the products from the mold.
PULITORE CF
The WL CLEANER CF spray is a special product formulated for cleaning the suction systems of petrol engines.
It does not require the dismantling of the components.
Its formulation based on pure raw materials with high degreasing and cleaning power allows the removal of gummy deposits and lacquers from the interested parts in the passage of air and gasoline engines. It is used in cases of engine malfunction or in case of difficulty in the regulation of exhaust gases due to the formation of deposits in the air passages.
HOW TO USE
The product should be sprayed directly into the air intake hose, as close as possible to the throttle body of the system. The operation must be carried out with the engine running. It is recommended to use both in the case of very dirty parts and for ordinary maintenance.
The WL CLEANER CF spray contains special solvents with marked degreasing and solubilizing characteristics.
This gives the CF CLEANER the following properties:
- elimination of all deposits formed by tires or lacquers formed in the carburetor air passages, particularly on the throttle bodies and in the intake manifolds, with consequent ease of adjustment of the CO and HC parameters;
- ease in adjusting the minimum
- elimination of deposits due to the recirculation of oil vapors during the suction phase;
- cleaning of the idling valves of the minimum
WL 80
The WL 80 spray is a multifunctional product suitable for both industry and hobby and do-it-yourself.
Its formulation, which involves the use of more than ten components, makes the WL 80 a truly multifunctional product. It can be used;
- as a lubricant even in small mechanisms thanks to its very high penetrating power
- as an unlocking device in case of rust or limescale deposits
- as a detergent for metal or plastic surfaces thanks to a high degreasing power

The use of penetrating and wetting agents makes the product very effective even on machinery with very narrow mechanical play. A careful balancing of special detergents and solvents gives excellent degreasing and "dewatering" properties.
NO SLIT
The WL NO SLIT spray is an anti-slip product.
WL NO SLIT Spray is an anti slip for both flat and trapezoidal belts.
Its formulation prevents slippage of the belts due to the cold, the presence of moisture or due to the wear of the belt itself.
