GREASE 200F EP NLGI 0/1/2/3
Wladoil Grease 200 F EP SINT are multifunctional lithium greases formulated with synthetic bases and special additives that give good thermal and mechanical stability.
The Wladoil Grease 200 F EP SINT, due to their particular characteristics, have their most important use in the lubrication of sliding and friction bearings subjected to vibrations and high loads.
They can be used in all EP-type applications, such as lubricating gears and mechanisms subjected to heavy loads when avoiding the use of fluid oil.
Their main features are:
- high resistance to mechanical stress and high loads
- excellent oxidation resistance
- excellent anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-rust protection
- excellent adhesive power
- good resistance to water leaching action
- wide operating temperature range.
The NLGI 0 gradation also possesses excellent pumpability.
GREASE GOLD 200 FN 2
Special grease with anhydrous calcium soap containing finely dispersed graphite. It is recommended for general lubrication and stabilization of flat bearings and various parts that are very worn or with poor surface finish, presses, gaskets, support washers etc. It is not suitable for rolling bearings. Wladoil RED ADHESIVE GEL is a product designed to facilitate the assembly of gaskets and mechanical parts.
Wladoil RED ADHESIVE GEL is indicated in general assembly operations of mechanical parts or in the positioning of gaskets. Some possible applications are:
- assembly of gaskets, even very elaborate and in a vertical position
- insertion of O-rings
- coupling of bushes with pins
- positioning of bearings, thrust washers and other small parts
The product is perfectly compatible with all types of lubricants previously used in the engine, both mineral and synthetic.
The main features of Wladoil RED ADHESIVE GEL are:
- greater protection at the start of processing
- perfect compatibility with synthetic and mineral base oils, also for ATF oils
- complete solubility in lubricants, the excess is in this way incorporated into the oil without creating any kind of inconvenience

To use the Wladoil RED ADHESIVE GEL, follow these instructions:
- apply a layer of RED ADHESIVE GEL to the surfaces to be joined by hand or brush

- couple the elements by exerting slight pressure

GREASE MR /3 NLGI 3
Wladoil Grease MR 3 is a special grease composed of a highly refined low viscosity base and antioxidant, anti-rust and E.P agents.
The thickener is a lithium soap.
Thanks to its consistency and to the special additive package Wladoil Grease MR 3 is particularly suitable for use on wheel hub bearings of industrial vehicles and for general greasing of industrial vehicles if no other specific greases are required.
Its main features are:
- excellent stability to mechanical stress that prevents oil leakage
- high resistance to oxidation which guarantees a long life of the grease
- high resistance to water washout
- good anti-rust properties and load resistance (E.P.)
Recommended temperature of use: -20 / + 120 °C

GREASE HS 50 S NLGI 1/2
Special grease consisting of a synthetic base oil with a very low viscosity and low pour point, thickened with a particular complex lithium-based soap containing a balanced package of additives that enhance its lubricating power and EP.
The Wladoil Grease HS 50 - S is mainly intended for the lubrication of rolling bearings and radiating supports operating under high and very fast loads (up to 60,000 rpm, speed factor> 1,000,000).
It is specifically suitable where good lubrication is required even at low temperatures as its exceptional lubricating characteristics remain unchanged in a temperature range between -55 ° C and + 130 ° C.
Wladoil Grease HS 50 - S is a grease that does not tend to gum, does not swell tires or plastic materials in general. To obtain the best performance, it is advisable to carefully clean the parts to be lubricated in order to remove residues of other greases with different base or protective during storage, as they could alter the original characteristics of the grease. GREASE HS 100
Special grease consisting of a synthetic base oil with very low viscosity and low pour point, thickened with a special soap based on 1.2 calcium hydroxystearate and containing a balanced package of additives that enhance its lubricating power and EP.
The Wladoil Grease HS 100 is mainly intended for the lubrication of rolling bearings and radiating supports operating under high and very high loads (up to 60,000 rpm).
It is specifically suitable where good lubrication is required even at low temperatures, as its exceptional lubricating characteristics remain unchanged in a temperature range between -40 ° C and +120 ° C

Wladoil Grease HMR is a semi-synthetic special grease obtained from a specific lubricating base, thickened with a complex aluminum soap and additized with molybdenum disulphide, graphite and bronze powder.
The Wladoil Grease HMR has been specially designed for use in pneumatic hammers, breakers and drillers. This type of machining, very burdensome, requires a very specific lubrication of the mechanical parts, and the Wladoil Grease HMR guarantees a correct treatment of the mechanical parts, ensuring its proper functioning and its protection.
The Wladoil Grease HMR, due to its particular composition, adheres very strongly to the metal surfaces to be treated, ensuring the formation of a very resistant fllm that protects the moving parts from wear.

GREASE F.H.T. SPECIAL 2 NLGI 2
Wladoil Grease FHT SPECIAL 2 is a special infusible grease obtained from a selected base oil thickened with particular synthetic substances that can not be affected by temperature.
The specific use of Wladoil Grease FHT SPECIAL 2 is in the lubrication of flat or rolling bearings operating at exceptionally high temperatures, in the conditions in which the other greases are not able to withstand.
GREASE ST/ZN 2 NLGI 2
Wladoil grease ST / ZN 2 is a special grease based on anhydrous calcium formulated with special thickeners and with the addition of zinc and titanium oxides.
It is light in color, pomatose, pumpable, very adhesive and strongly water repellent.
It is indicated for the lubrication of joints, sleeves, cables under sheath, especially in the presence of high humidity and in all those applications where the grease dispensing intervals are noticeably spaced.
GREASE CS CORONE NLGI 2
Wladoil grease CS CORONE is a special grease formulated with a special molybdenum graphite / bisulphide mixture, with metallorganic additives, resistant to high pressures and aggressive atmospheric agents.
CS CORONE forms an extremely tough and adhesive film that is considered a real "plating".
Wladoil grease CS CORONE thanks to its special characteristics is particularly suitable for cylindrical, tapered, helical gears, racks, chain conveyors, toothed rods, sliding and roller supports, wire ropes.
In the case of large toothed crowns and subjected to high loads such as mills or ovens and driers, it is used as a "first use lubricant".
Wladoil grease CS CORONE, when applied to the ropes, performs in addition to the lubricating action also the "sealant" one, which prevents damage resulting from the corrosive action of atmospheric agents.
Wladoil grease CS CORONE is applied by hand with a spatula or a hard brush on gears or surfaces in general. For the ropes one can resort to the aid of a glove.
The surface to be lubricated must be covered with great care in all its parts. Before application, a careful cleaning of the surface with volatile solvents is recommended.
GREASE MOLY SINT 2 NLGI 2
IWladoil grease Moly Sint is a special infusible grease obtained from a solvent-refined mineral base thickened with an inert component and added with an anti-wear, anti-rust, antioxidant package with the addition of molybdenum disulfide in colloidal dispersion and other solid components lubricants.
The Wladoil grease Moly Sint is thermally stable and resistant to high loads allowing perfect lubrication even at high temperatures under conditions of extreme pressure.
Thanks to its characteristics, the Moly Sint is successfully used as a lubricant for rolling and sliding bearings, both slow and heavily loaded, of aerial conveyors of painting systems, of trolleys for ovens in the ceramic industry where it ensures perfect lubrication up to temperatures operating temperature of 250 ° C, making maintenance operations significantly less frequent.

GREASE SUPER COMPLEX EP NLGI 1/2
Wladoil Grease Super Complex EP are newly formulated lubricating greases based on a complex soap, containing special EP additives (extreme pressures).
These additives are inserted to obtain, where possible, lubrication performances very similar to molybdenum disulfide and graphite (limit lubrication). Wladoil grease BLUE is a special grease consisting of a mineral base and a semi-synthetic ester. The thickening soap is lithium based.
The particular additives added give the product excellent properties, antioxidant, anti-rust, adhesive.
Its main properties are:
- excellent adhesiveness that allows a more effective and lasting lubrication,
- excellent resistance to both salty and sweet water.
- excellent resistance to aging
Wladoil grease BLUE is a very persistent grease suitable for the lubrication of vehicles, industrial, construction and agricultural machines. It resists centrifugation.
Given its characteristic of great resistance to water it is recommended for very heavy use in very humid environments.
The great adhesiveness and the marked EP properties, antioxidants, and anti-rust agents, allow a considerable prolongation of the lubrication intervals.
For particular environmental conditions (cold) there is also a version of the Wladoil Grease Blue, with higher penetration values.
GREASE ACTIVE CE NLGI 2
Wladoil grease Activ CE is a special water-resistant grease thickened with anhydrous calcium soap with the addition of antioxidant, anti-rust and tackifying additives.
Active structural stability.
Wladoil grease Activ CE is a very persistent grease suitable for the lubrication of vehicles, industrial, construction and agricultural machines.
Given its characteristic of great resistance to water (even at close to boiling temperature) it is recommended for very heavy use in very humid environments.
The great adhesiveness and the marked EP properties allow a considerable extension of the lubrication intervals.

GREASE SUPER RS NLGI 2
Purposefully designed special grease formulated with a complex soap with the addition of a semi-synthetic oil with a high viscosity index which gives the product characteristics far superior to the normal greases on the market today.
Based on its characteristics, the Wladoil Super RS is suitable for any type of lubrication from low to high temperatures in many sectors ranging from automotive, agriculture and the mechanical industry.
It is particularly recommended for the lubrication of bearings of all kinds, especially if subjected to high loads and high temperatures.
It has an excellent adhesiveness that allows a more effective and long-lasting lubrication, and it is ideally resistant to both salty and sweet water.
It also contains a special EP additive which, when possible, allows performances similar to those of molybdenum bisulphide and graphite but with a light color in accordance with current market trends.

GREASE UNIVERSAL T NLGI 2
Wladoil Grease UNIVERSAL T is a "multipourpose" special grease composed of base oil subjected to very high refining, thickened with a complex lithium soap with EP additives, antioxidants, anti-rust, anti-wear, and a suitable quantity of P.T.F.E. with 90% <6 micron particle size.
The high lubricity, its water repellency and metal affinity ensure that the lubricating film of Wladoil Grease UNIVERSAL T adheres to the surfaces forming a homogeneous layer with a low friction coefficient and with poor abrasive properties.
Thanks to its structural characteristics it can be considered a universal lubricating grease suitable for the lubrication of medium speed kinematisms.
It can be used for general greasing of construction machinery, in the mechanical industry, in medium-speed bearings.
