WHITE OIL 100 LVB
Wladoil WHITE OIL 100 LVB has been formulated with extremely highly refined, colorless, very stable mineral bases. It is added with non-ionic emulsifiers to obtain a washable product. It is recommended in the lubrication of:
- packaging machines
- knitting machines with needles for tubular work
- flat knitting machines
- cotton processing
- moving parts of spinning machines (sliders and rings)
- lubrication in humid environments
- the emulsion can be used as release agent, antiseater, etc.
The main characteristics of Wladoil WHITE OIL 100 LVB are:
- Formation of a milky emulsion in water that guarantees excellent stain removaibility
- Good antistatic power
- High thermal stability with prolonged use times
- A stable and continuous lubricating film that guarantees excellent coverage of metal parts
- High anti-rust and anti-wear power to preserve metal surfaces
- High antioxidant power that guarantees the stability of the colorless feature of the lubricant
- Excellent compatibility with elastomers
The product can also be used in emulsion that has to be prepared by putting the water in a container first and then the WLADOIL WHITE OIL 100 LVB in concentrations up to 50% in weight.
After mixing, a milky liquid is obtained.
The emulsion fears the frost.
WHITE OIL 32M ISO 32
The Wladoil WHITE OIL 32M has been formulated with extremely highly refined, colorless, very stable mineral bases. It is recommended in the lubrication of:
- packaging machines
- knitting machines with needles for tubular work
- flat knitting machines
- cotton processing
- moving parts of spinning machines (sliders and rings)
The main characteristics of Wladoil WHITE OIL 32 M oils are:
high thermal stability with prolonged use times
- a stable and continuous lubricating film that guarantees excellent coverage of metal parts
- high anti-rust and anti-wear power to preserve metal surfaces

WHITE OIL 20 RA
Wladoil White Oil 20 / RA is a paraffinic, semi-odorless, white, petroleum-based oil of 100% mineral origin.
The stability to light and oxidation is good.
It retains its characteristics during the processing stages.
It is a light technical vaseline oil, used in the following sectors:
- textile (stain-resistant)
- tanning industry
- lubrication of small machinery
- arms lubrication
- lubrication of precision mechanisms
- use in automatic systems (spray)

WHITE OIL 22M ISO 22
Wladoil WHITE OIL 22M has been formulated with extremely highly refined, virtually colorless, very stable mineral bases. It is recommended in the lubrication of:

WHITE OIL 100
Wladoil White Oil 100 is a paraffinic technical oil, practically odorless, of 100% mineral origin.
The stability to light and oxidation is good.
It retains its characteristics during the processing stages.
It is a light, technical, paraffinic oil, used in the following sectors:
- textiles
- tanning industry
- lubrication of small machinery
- use in automatic systems (spray)
- different industrial uses
PROTECTIVE 80
PROTECTIVE 80 is a multifunctional product for the industry, its formulation, which involves the use of more than ten components, makes PROTECTIVE 80 a truly multifunctional product. It can be used:
- as a lubricant even in small mechanisms thanks to its very high penetrating power
- as an unlocking device in case of rust or limescale deposits
- as a detergent for metal or plastic surfaces thanks to a high degreasing power
- as a "dewatering" agent to eliminate traces of moisture
- as a protective against rust and corrosion, both on ferrous metals and on yellow alloys
- indoor durability: 8-9 months
- covered outdoors durability: 4 months
It is used in industry, in workshops, in small maintenance work, in the automotive sector, in naval applications and in all professional activities and not where there is a need for a multi-purpose product.
PROTECTIVE 80 has an amber appearance, with a characteristic odour, consisting of highly refined oil bases and high quality additives.
The use of particular antioxidant components ensures an effective use on iron and ferrous alloys, on yellow alloys including marine brass, on most plastics.
The use of penetrating and wetting agents makes it very active as a penetrating agent even in machinery with very narrow mechanical play.
A careful balance of special detergents and solvents gives excellent degreasing and "dewatering" properties.
PROTECTIVE EV 1
Liquid, transparent fluid that deposits a protective film after evaporation.
Protective thin film for temporary protection.
Good penetration power for uses as an unlocking device for oxidized mechanical parts.
It possesses light lubricating properties in molding.
The application can be done by immersion, by spray, by brush.
For a possible removal, which in general is not necessary, petroleum or chlorinated solvents can be used.
PROTECTIVE 16 B
PROTECTIVE 16 B is a multifunctional product for the industry with high protective power and based on biodegradable esters.
Its formulation, which involves the use of more than ten components, makes PROTECTIVE 16 B a truly multifunctional product. It can be used;
- as a lubricant even in small mechanisms thanks to its very high penetrating power
- as an unlocking device in case of rust or limescale deposits
- as a detergent for metal or plastic surfaces thanks to a high degreasing power
- as a "dewatering" agent to eliminate traces of moisture
- as a protective against rust and corrosion, both on ferrous metals and on yellow alloys
- indoor durability: 12 months
- covered outdoors: 6 months
It is used in the industry, in workshops, in small maintenance work, in the automotive industry, in naval applications and in all professional activities and not, where there is a need for a multi-purpose product.
PROTECTIVE 16 B has an amber appearance, with a characteristic odour, consisting of highly refined oil bases and high quality additives.
It contains a very high quantity of non-volatile active materials which makes it extremely effective in the protection of metal surfaces of all types.
The use of particular antioxidant components ensures an effective use on iron and ferrous alloys, on yellow alloys including marine brass, on most plastics.
The use of penetrating and wetting agents makes it very active as a penetrating agent even in machinery with very narrow mechanical play.
A careful balance of special detergents and solvents gives excellent degreasing and "dewatering" properties.
The oily protective residue that remains after the solvent evaporation is BIODEGRADABLE.
PROTECT DW 60
Liquid, transparent fluid that deposits a waxy protective film after evaporation.
Protective, thin film, dewatering, anti-imprint for temporary protection indicated for ferrous metals and yellow alloys. The protection lasts on average:
- Goods stored inside: 10 months
- Goods stored outside: 5 months
The application can be done by immersion, by spray, by brush.
For a possible removal, which in general is not necessary, petroleum or chlorinated solvents can be used.
The PROTECT DW 60 has an amber appearance, with a characteristic odour, consisting of highly refined oil bases and high quality additives.
The use of particular antioxidant components ensures an effective use on iron and ferrous alloys, on yellow alloys including marine brass, on most plastics.
The product can be supplied either liquid or through aerosol.
KLEENER 25 G
Wladoil Kleener 25 G is a product that has been designed to clean and disinfect tanks and distribution circuits polluted by processing liquids used on machine tools.
It is a water soluble liquid product, composed of a mixture of disinfectants and surfactants.
The Kleener 25 G allows cleaning and disinfection of circuits without interrupting the activity of machine tools. It does not contain nitrosoamines.
Calculate the amount of Kleener 25 G to be added to the vat in order to have a 2% concentration in the emulsion.In the presence of particularly dirty circuits, the concentration can be increased up to 3%.
Pour Kleener 25 G into the emulsion from 8 to 24 hours before the scheduled oil change, and this according to the degree of pollution and dirt. Continue the work on the machine.
In the meantime, pay attention that the organic insoluble deposits put in suspension do not obstruct the filters during the treatment. At the end of the expected time, empty the emulsion.
Fill the vats with a new emulsion. If for reasons linked to the type of system, it is necessary to leave an important part of the Kleener 25 G mixture in the circuits, it is preferable to wash with water before refilling with a new emulsion.
ANTIFOAM EM
ANTIFOAM EM is an antifoam for aqueous emulsions.
The suggested concentration ranges from 0.001% to 0.01% depending on the amount of foam present.
Before adding the Wladoil Antifoam EM to the emulsion, find the right% by doing a test.
Subsequently, premix the Wladoil Antifoam EM with a little emulsion to improve the antifoam action.
PHR 22
Wladoil PHR 22 is a fungicidal-bactericidal additive for emulsions.
The Wladoil PHR 22 added directly to the emulsion at the recommended concentrations (0.2% - 0.3%) restores the fungicidal-bactericidal package. The product has a particularly effective action on the following bacteria to which the greatest bacterial degradation phenomena are attributed:
- 1 - Pseudomonas aeriginosa
- 2 - Pseudomonas oleoverans
- 3 - Staphylococcus desulfurincas
- 4 - Desulfovibrio desulfuricans
WORK C
The Wladoil WORK C, the result of long studies and the vast WLADOIL’s experience, is endowed with extraordinary characteristics, so that, when added to any cutting oil, it gives it:
- great EP power
- powerful anti-welding action
- strong wetting power
In this way the fluid is able to guarantee lubrication even in the presence of very high shear stresses, to prevent wrinkling phenomena between the tool and the material being removed, to avoid excessive temperature rise, protecting the tool from rapid wear and corrosion. In addition to extending tool life and service life of the fluid, better surface finishes (Ra).
are also achieved. Wladoil WORK C should be added to any cutting oil in percentages from 5% to 25% by volume, depending on the severity of the impact.

- lubrication of guides subjected to high loads;
- lubrication of gear boxes;
- lubrication of uncovered or partially uncovered gears, etc..
WORK/C is miscible with paraffinic, naphthenic or mixed oils, it does not react with other synthetic products or additives.
It is not suitable for processing yellow alloys.

NO FREEZING
Wladoil No - Freezing is an anti-freeze fluid based on inhibited monoethylene glycol with a special formula free of amines and nitrite.
Wladoil No Freezing is part of the permanent anti-freeze range, and is particularly distinguished by its antioxidant, anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties which are essential to ensure long life to the cooling circuits.
The protective properties of Wladoil No Freezing are applied to all the metals that make up the various parts of a cooling circuit, particularly towards aluminum, a metal that is increasingly used in the construction of engines and its accessories.
For the preparation of Wladoil No Freezing / water mixtures to protect from freezing at the desired temperature, the following table can be used which shows the freezing temperatures for the different concentrations of product to be used in water:

In car cooling circuits to achieve good corrosion protection, it is recommended not to drop below 35% in volume.
The product, suitably diluted in water, can be used as a heat exchange liquid in heating or cooling systems even in PVC pipes.
NO FREEZING 91/E
Wladoil No Freezing 91 / E is an anti-freezing fluid based on monopropylene glycol with the addition of particular inhibitors with very low toxicity.
It is particularly recommended for uses in which the liquid from a refrigeration system can come into contact with food products
Percentages of use:
50% by volume -32 °C freezing point
33% -15 °C
25% -10 °C
Monopropylene glycol is not mentioned in the list of hazardous substances, so it is not subject to any particular labeling.
The toxicity of the No Freezing 91 / E fluid is perhaps the most important aspect when compared to other products with a traditional formulation
