SAFECUT E SERIE (Series 12, 22, 35 and 46)

Wladoil SAFECUT E SERIES are totally synthetic, chlorine-free whole-cut fluids based on biodegradable esters deriving from "renewable" sources. The products are not toxic.

The Wladoil SAFECUT E SERIES are indicated in the following processes:

  • cutting aluminum, titanium and in general all hard-to-work materials, ferrous and non-ferrous, including yellow alloys.
  • particularly suitable for drilling, threading, broaching, toothing, milling, tapping and automatic turning.

The Wladoil SAFECUT E SERIES guarantee the following features:

  • absence of chlorine;
  • excellent anti-wear and EP properties
  • high greasing power, a resistant and continuous lubricating veil is formed even in critical working conditions and at high temperatures;
  • excellent anti-corrosive properties;
  • stability to oxidation and thermal degradation;
  • light color and practically odorless;
  • no formation of fumes and vapors due to the high flash point.

The formulation based on biodegradable esters, over 90%, makes it a product with a very low environmental impact. The following products are part of the Safecut E series:

 

SAFETY E NR-E SERIE (Viscosità 12, 22, 35 e 46)

Wladoil SAFETY AND NR-E SERIES are totally synthetic, chlorine-free whole cutting fluids based on biodegradable esters deriving from "renewable" sources that make them non-toxic.

The Wladoil SAFETY AND NR-E SERIES are indicated in the following processes:

  • cutting aluminum, titanium and in general all hard-to-work materials, ferrous and non-ferrous, including yellow alloys.
  • particularly suitable for drilling, threading, broaching, toothing, milling, tapping and automatic turning.

The Wladoil SAFETY AND NR-E SERIES guarantee the following features:

  • absence of chlorine;
  • excellent anti-wear and EP properties
  • high greasing power, a resistant and continuous lubricating veil is formed even in critical working conditions and at high temperatures;
  • excellent anti-corrosive properties;
  • stability to oxidation and thermal degradation;
  • light color and practically odorless;
  • no formation of fumes and vapors due to the high flash point.

SAFETY GRIND E 6 / E 10

Entirely synthetic chloride-free whole synthetic cutting fluids based on esters derived from "renewable" sources.

Wladoil SAFETY GRIND E 6 / E 10 are cutting fluids suitable for finishing and super-finishing operations with corundum stone, CBN and diamond mandrels. They can be used for finishing gear wheels with Reishauser machines, especially the E 6 type. The product E 10 finds more applications for sharpening in tool construction, gear grinding and micro turning.

Suitable for all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including yellow alloys. Wladoil SAFETY GRIND E 6 / E 10 are made with "renewable" raw materials, to allow operators to work in conditions of lower risk.

Thanks to their additives they guarantee:

  • absence of chlorine;
  • excellent cleaning action on abrasive tools and easy decantation of the micro-frother;
  • excellent anti-wear and EP properties;
  • high greasing power, a resistant and continuous lubricating veil is formed even in critical working conditions and at high temperatures;
  • excellent anti-corrosive properties;
  • stability to oxidation and thermal degradation;
  • light color and practically odorless;
  • absence of persistent foam;
  • low formation of fumes and vapors due to the high flash point.

The formulation based on biodegradable esters make them produced with a very low environmental impact.


 

HONING OIL SERIE

HONING L3 S

The Wladoil HONING OIL L3 S is formulated specifically for lapping and polishing of ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. It can be used for the following metals and alloys:

  • cast iron
  • mild and medium-alloy steels
  • aluminum alloys
  • yellow alloys

HONING OIL L8

The Wladoil HONING OIL L8 is formulated specifically for superfinishing operations of ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces, especially in the production of bearings.

It can also be used in milling, drilling, on small and medium-sized parts.

It can be used for the following metals and alloys:

HONING OIL L6

HONING OIL L 22

HONING OIL L35P

HONING OIL SC 8

HONING OIL SC 6

HONING OIL SC 3S

Wladoil HONING OIL SC 3S is specially formulated for lapping and polishing of ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. It can be used for the following metals and alloys:

HONING BIO 45


Wladoil HONING BIO 45 is a very smooth, biodegradable, chlorine-free whole fluid for lapping and polishing, specially formulated for lapping and polishing of ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. It can be used for the following metals and alloys:

  • cast iron
  • mild and medium-alloy steels
  • aluminum alloys

The Wladoil HONING BIO 45 has the following characteristics:

  • excellent fluidity and lubrication properties to increase the life of abrasive tools and belts.
  • excellent final results of machining with perfectly finished surfaces and great dimensional accuracy
  • very low viscosity and excellent wetting power to reduce dragging and reduce product consumption
  • good filtration characteristics and high oxidation stability which increase the time of use of the product
  • very low odor, very clear color and reduced formation of fog for an optimal use by the operators

DRAW LTS / LTS 2 / LTS2-M

Wladoil DRAW LTS are whole oils of different viscosities containing special lubricating additives, wetting agents and E.P., which enhance the toughness of the lubricating film making the products particularly suitable for extremely heavy operations.

Wladoil DRAW LTS are chlorine free.

The products in the Wladoil DRAW LTS series have been specifically formulated for drawing, pressing and shearing even of special steels and stainless steel, they are suitable for heavy-duty operations and materials with more difficult workability.

The particular additives and the toughness of the lubricating film allow to obtain:

  • excellent finish of the worked piece which has an extremely polished and shiny surface
  • longer life of the molds
  • sensible reduction of waste
  • removal of burrs in blanking
  • no oxidation problems even after storage
  • absence of fumes and odors
  • no difficulty for any pickling phase
  • absolutely harmless at the toxicological level

 

DRAW L 083 VIS

The Wladoil DRAW L 083 VIS is a medium - viscous whole oil containing special greasy, wetting and E.P. additives, which enhance the toughness of the lubricating film making the product particularly suitable for extremely heavy operations.

The Wladoil DRAW L 083 VIS has been specially formulated for the drawing of stainless steel both of shaped and round bars. The particular additivation and the toughness of the lubricating film allow to obtain an excellent finish of the drawn which has an extremely polished, bright and dry surface, such that the subsequent degreasing operation is not necessary.

The exceptional characteristics of Extreme Pressures also allow a significant reduction of waste and above all a reduction in the wear of the dies.

Moreover, in the drawing of hardened and hardened stainless steels with the use of Wladoil DRAW L 083 VIS, in some cases, the preliminary "salting" operation (Bonderization) is no longer necessary.


 

DRAW SYNT

Wladoil DRAW SYNT are products based on synthetic esters from renewable sources containing special greasy additives, wetting agents and E.P. of innovative technology, which enhance the toughness of the lubricating film making the products particularly suitable for extremely heavy operations.

The products are free of chlorine and mineral oil and are more than 90% biodegradable according to the CEC-L-33-A-93 test. The Wladoil DRAW SYNTs have been specially formulated for deep-drawing and shearing of special steels, including INOX. They find application, in the most fluid viscosities, even in fine blanking and in precision drawing.

The particular additives and the toughness of the lubricating film allow to obtain:

  • excellent finish of the worked piece that comes with an extremely polished and bright surface
  • longer life of the molds
  • sensible reduction of waste
  • removal of burrs in blanking
  • no oxidation problems even after storage
  • absence of fumes and odors
  • no difficulty for any pickling phase
  • absolutely harmless products at the toxicological level

    W.CUTTING FL (SERIE 32, 38)

    Wladoil Cutting FL are available in two grades: FL 32 and FL 38. Both types of oils contain fatty substances which give them a great greasiness. They also contain a special additive that prevents the formation of oil mists during high-speed machining.

    They do not contain chlorine, sulfur and phosphorus. Wladoil Cutting FL are suitable for cutting carbon steel and easily machined steels, aluminum and its alloys and copper and its alloys.

    The choice of gradation depends on the workability of the metal, the type of processing and the size of the piece.

    The Wladoil Cutting FL 32 is suitable for use with lapidel with addition of abrasive substance, grinding and grinding with grinding wheel. Wladoil Cutting FL can also be used in light machining, bending and molding.


     

    W.CUTTING AL SERIE

    Wladoil Cutting AL are entirely synthetic inlays for cutting aluminum, mainly for aluminum processing, both for chip removal and drawing. They can also be used for ferrous metals and yellow alloys.

    The Wladoil Cutting AL guarantee the following characteristics:

    • absence of chlorine;
    • excellent anti-wear and EP properties
    • high greasing power, a resistant and continuous lubricating veil is formed even in critical working conditions and at high temperatures;
    • excellent anti-corrosive properties;
    • stability to oxidation and thermal degradation;
    • light color and practically odorless;
    • low formation of fumes and vapors.

     

    W.CUTTING 10 RD 200

    The Wladoil Cutting 10 RD 200 is an inactive, high performance grinding oil suitable for high precision machining on cast iron and steel and non-ferrous metals such as magnesium and its alloys, aluminum and in general non-ferrous metals.

    IlThe Wladoil Cutting 10 RD 200 is mainly recommended for all iron and steel grinding processes and in all low-gravity automatic processing of non-tenacious materials where continuous filtration systems are used.

    The low viscosity of the product ensures an effective action of washing the grinding wheel and removing the working powder as well as removing the heat generated during processing. The powder will quickly separate from the oil or be easily retained by the filters.

    CUTTING 5 RD 120

    WLADOIL CUTTING 5 RD 120 is an inactive high performance grinding and lapping oil suitable for high precision machining on cast iron and steel and non-ferrous metals such as magnesium and its alloys, aluminum and in general non-ferrous metals.

    WLADOIL CUTTING 5 RD 120 is recommended mainly for all grinding and lapping of cast iron and steel and in all automatic low-gravity processes of non-tenacious materials where continuous filtration systems are used.

    The products in the WLADOIL CUTTING 5 RD 120 range guarantee:

    • Exceptional surface finish and compliance with dimensional tolerances.
    • Less waste.
    • Easy observation of the work area given the transparency of the product.
    • Excellent washing action of the grinding wheel and fluxing of the powder.
    • Excellent heat removal:
    • Non-corrosive towards non-ferrous alloys.
    • High flash point

     

    W.CUTTING RD 200 (SERIE 18, 25, 35, 45)

    Inactive low-viscosity oil, free from chlorine. The Wladoil Cutting RD 200 range finds particular use in modern SLIDING HEADSTOCKS, which require the use of whole cutting oils, with excellent results thanks to their polyvalent and multi-functional qualities. They are used for very heavy operations of chip removal on carbon steel, alloy steels and stainless steel and non-ferrous materials including yellow alloys.

    The products find excellent application in gear toothing machining performed both with the maker and with Fellow or Gleason systems, external broaching, etc .; an application extensible to very severe automatic turning operations on difficult to work steels.

    Wladoil Cutting RD 200 is a clear and very fluid cutting oil. Thanks to their particular formulation which gives it great adhesion strength to metals, E.P. power, ability to better weld the metal being processed and to protect the tool, the products in this range guarantee:

    • Increased tool life;
    • Possibility of using less power for the same job;
    • Good surface finish;
    • Longer service life compared to normal cutting oils
    • Easy removal from the pieces treated even with hot water washing machines or with alkaline solutions;
    • Better compatibility with the environment and with operators, given the total absence of chlorine-based EP additives
    • Reduction of costs of disposal of the exhausted product.

     

    W.CUTTING RD (Serie 10, 18, 25, 35, 45)

    Wladoil Cutting RD are low viscosity cutting oils, chlorine free recommended for deep drilling and broaching; they can also be used for automatic turning operations, for the shaving of the gears and for heavy operations of chip removal on carbon steel, alloy steels, stainless steel.

    The products find excellent application in turning, drilling, tapping, threading and broaching operations carried out on automatic lathes (single or multi-spindle) and for gear toothing / shaping.

    It is not recommended to use the product on non-ferrous materials, especially on yellow alloys and copper alloys. Wladoil Cutting RD products are formulated with severely refined paraffinic bases, greasy substances and special active EP additives, they guarantee:

    • excellent cutting and anti-welding power that allows a longer tool life and a better surface finish of the pieces produced.
    • better compatibility with the environment and with the operators, given the total absence of chlorine-based EP additives.
    • excellent anti-rust characteristics.
    • reduction of the costs of disposal of the used product.
    • easy removal from the pieces treated even with hot water washing machines or with alkaline solutions.

     

    W.CUTTING EPS (serie)

    Wladoil Cutting EPS are active whole cutting oils that contain special additives that allow them to be used on difficult to work metals and for heavy cutting operations.

    Wladoil Cutting EPS oils are suitable for the processing of very tough metals in severe conditions, such as:

    • gear cutting
    • drilling
    • tapping

    The right viscosity combined with a great tenacity of the lubricant film are essential characteristics for heavy operations. A correct balance between the EP additives and the lubricating bases allows a high degree of finishing of the machined metal surface, a reduction in vibrations and an increase in tool life.

    The product is not indicated in the processing of yellow alloys.


     

    METAL SLE 40J

    WLADOIL METAL SLE 40 J is a very low viscosity odorless liquid, of oil origin, modified and added with synthetic greasers and antioxidants.

    It is particularly suitable for the rapid blanking of magnetic laminations and for non-heavy-duty drawing of thin or medium thickness sheets, also for aluminum and its alloys. The products ensures optimum cooling of the molds and punches allowing longer tool life.

    It is also used in all those operations where a momentary lubrication and a quick evaporation of the product are necessary in order to leave the surfaces clean and dry for subsequent operations such as painting and welding.

    The product has been specially formulated for processing metal parts intended to come into contact with refrigerants that are not ozone-depleting, such as the R 134 / a and the like.

    At the end of processing, the product evaporates and any traces that may remain are completely compatible with the refrigerant. In this way, subsequent degreasing operations are avoided, saving on the costs of production and disposal of waste oils.

    Wladoil METAL SLE 40 J is chemically inert to all metals and alloys and guarantees no odors. There are no storage problems.


     

    W.CUTTING 582

    Wladoil CUTTING 582 is a solvent-based, mineral-based viscous whole oil. The products contains active sulfurized fats, which allow even heavy work on ferrous metals.

    The EP characteristics of Wladoil CUTTING 582 are enhanced by specific additives based on chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons. It does not contain short-chain chlorinated paraffins.

    The Wladoil CUTTING 582 is suitable for cutting and threading ferrous materials even with low workability with brush applications. EP additives allow extremely heavy workings. The sulphured oily substances guarantee excellent greasiness of the product.

    Thanks to its high viscosity, the lubricant adheres perfectly to the work piece, facilitating mechanical operations and reducing tool wear.


     

    W.CUTTING 19 EP

    Wladoil Cutting 19 EP is a very fluid, solvent-based, mineral-based whole oil. It contains special additives that allow it to be used on hard metals and for cutting at high speeds.

    The EP characteristics of Wladoil Cutting 19 EP are enhanced by specific additives based on sulfur compounds. It does not contain short-chain chlorinated paraffins.

    The Wladoil Cutting 19 EP is suitable for machining hard metals even at high speed or in severe conditions, such as:

    • boring and deep drilling
    • deep drilling "cannon-tip" system
    • deep drilling of the BTA system
    • deep drilling of the Ejector system
    • high speed milling
    • gear forming

    Its low viscosity combined with a great tenacity of the lubricant film are essential characteristics for heavy operations.

    A correct balance between the EP additives and the lubricating bases allows for a high degree of finish of the machined metal surface and a reduction in vibrations.

    The use of special esters increases tool life.

    The product is not indicated in the processing of yellow alloys.
